The Maverick
The Maverick gives the perfect trendy, city vibe, just like this stunning wedding. You can truly experience vibrant, downtown Kansas City as it’s located in the hip and modern Crossroads Arts District. Avent Orangery
What I love most about the Avent Orangery is the breathtaking Beaumont Fountain, the largest in the city! The large steel structure has floor-to-ceiling glass removable panels that are absolutely stunning. The outdoor space, lit by crystal chandeliers and string lights, makes the venue perfect for luxury yet serene weddings!
The Venue at Willow Creek

Known for its all-inclusive packages, the venue handles everything from vendors to logistics. Plus it’s just a 20-minute drive outside of downtown!
Berry Acres
Berry Acres's stunning, dreamy white architecture makes it unique here in Kansas City. The lush green lawns act as the perfect backdrop to capture the intimate moments that you will treasure forever!
Blue Wedding Theme
This Kansas City wedding ditched a lot of traditional and embraced a beautiful blue color theme, bringing a sense of calm and elegance. Blue is a timeless choice, and the essence of color was infused into every detail of the day, from floral to fabric.
Here's how you can incorporate the classic hue into your wedding:
Blue Stationery: The best way to add a pop of blue to your wedding day is using blue stationery. For wedding invitations, place cards, and even for your ring case, go for a monochromatic blue palette.
Décor and Florals: Play with different shades of blue throughout your décor. Go for rich navy linen, soft blue centerpieces, and subtle blue flowers like blue hydrangeas and delphiniums for bouquets.
Attire: Dress your bridesmaids in dresses with mismatched shades of blue to create a unique look, and really bring the color into the day. The groomsmen can also add a touch of blue with their pocket squares and ties!
Why to Hire a Wedding Planner
This Kansas City wedding was absolutely stunning, and it couldn’t have been put together without a talented wedding planner! A planner is truly an invaluable resource who not only coordinates every detail, but also blends creativity and organization. They know how to take what you have envisioned for the day, and make it a reality, but in even more ways then you could have imagined.
The best part is that professional wedding planners also have great connections that can help you with budgeting, timeline management, and even troubleshooting on the day of the wedding. Knowing your dream day is in capable hands, you can peace of mind and just enjoy every moment!
